Project Management: Creating detailed project plans and work packages in cooperation with operational areas and defining important milestones

Progress tracking: Continuous, cross-sectional monitoring of project progress across all strategic workstreams, such as product development or market ray allocation

Interface Management: Overarching control and coordination of interfaces and proactive consulting of stakeholders:inside

Implementation support: Professional support in the implementation of commercial goods controls and new merchandising concepts on the area

Project meetings: implementation and moderation of regular meetings (including kick-off and sponsor removals) including preparation and follow-up and protocol management

Stakeholder Coordination: Central clarification of questions regarding unclear responsibilities within the project organisation

Methodological support: Methodological support and professional challenging in decision-making and, where appropriate, escalation in management

Studies: Completed studies in business, economics or comparable qualifications

PM experience: multi-year experience in project management or consulting, ideally in controlling complex multi-project environments

Industry knowledge: Found experience in retail, preferably with first insights into merchandising or shopping processes

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English (at least level C1) for secure communication in the international environment

Soft Skills: Excellent communicative skills, high loadability and a pronounced problem-solving competence
