As Hausmeister / Haustechniker (w/m/d) Facility Services, you will take care of the trouble-free operation of our building technology at the Heidelberg site with the focus on electrical, heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology. You test and wait the building technology, supervise the fire alarm system, identify faults and their causes and also carry out smaller repairs independently. In addition, you commission and coordinate external service providers, perform work and ensure order and safety throughout the premises. Your responsibility: Testing, maintenance and repair of building equipment Supporting the fire alarm system and documentation of all work in maintenance software Instruction and monitoring of external service providers at the Heidelberg site Material procurement and management in the field of Facility Services Ensuring order, cleanliness, waste management and implementation of security measures
