In your role, you take over the execution of regular service operations in paper factories for the repair, optimization and maintenance of the automation systems installed by customers, especially the quality control systems. In doing so, you identify errors and eliminate disturbances in customer-specific problems. You can also perform installation of software updates and data backups at the customer's premises. The execution of regulatory optimizations in coordination with the customer for the quality improvement of the end product is also one of your tasks. In addition, you take over remote diagnostics and the provision of services remotely. You support the proactive sale of spare parts, upgrade solutions, services and trainings. The execution of customer training as well as the creation of operational reports and customer documentation complete your task area.

You have a successfully completed training in the field of mechatronics, as well as recently completed, a further training (e.g. technician/industrial master) in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation is desirable. Experiences in the field of plant or mechanical engineering with basic knowledge in control and automation technology as well as experience in technical field services are advantageous. We require flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing. Personally, you are characterized by a thorough and structured working style, characterized by high self-organization and flexibility as well as by your very good communication skills. A readiness to travel across Europe with a focus on Germany (about 60%) completes your profile.
