An important part of your work is: Support of several clinics and medical care centres (MVZ) in the regions of Mittelhessen and Rhein Main Processing of requirements and interference messages via our ticket system Installation and configuration of standardized hardware (printer, client systems, periphery) Installation and installation of hardware components Guarantee settlement of hardware defects Implementation of hardware rollouts On-site error analysis and failure in hardware and software On-site operations for our IT specialists ('Hands on'') On-site support of third parties (internal and external service providers)

you want to drive the digitalization of the healthcare industry with us! you like to create things and introduce new ideas, like changes and share our hands-on mentality with us! you have successfully completed IT training (w/m/d), as an alternative, you have over several years of experience in IT-Fieldservice. you are familiar with the commissioning of printer and client systems, the associated periphery and their integration into the network. you have experience in dealing with Thin clients and terminal server/VDI environments. you have very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10/11). you have a class B licence. you have very good knowledge of German in word and writing you already have first expertise and experience: Experience with ITSM processes or Service management according to ITIL you like working in the team, being reliable and being able to organize yourself well.
