Junior NetSuite Consultant - ERP / Business Informatics (m/f/d)

You analyze, improve or redesign business processes. In workshops for process visualization and documentation, you use the Horus® business process tools and prefabricated best practice reference models. Together with the expert, you develop requirements for the configuration of the target system and specifications for customer-specific additional developments and integrations according to a standardized procedure. In addition, you define suitable test cases For quick implementations, you can rely on Prefabricated SuiteSuccess or Best Practice solutions that are evolutionaryly developed in an agile process. You design, configure, personalize and test the business processes in the Oracle NetSuite ERP system You design data migration and support in the transformation process, data cleansing and migration implementation You support organisational change management and plan and carry out training and coaching measures You support the customer in the operating phase as needed, solve application problems and eliminate system errors as well as care and develop the system continuously

You have a degree in economic engineering, business informatics, information management, BWL with IT affinity, computer science with BWL affinity, or you are a cross-comer:in with business practice experience You have business knowledge in at least one of the following areas: financial and accounting, enterprise performance management, SCM/logistics and production or customer experience (sales, marketing, service) You have knowledge and ideally practical experience in tool-based analysis and modeling of business processes You use digital technologies and AI responsibly to create sustainable human user experiences You have strong communication skills, abstraction and structuring skills, care in the production of documentation and presentation documents as well as good German and English skills You are mobile in project work in Germany and abroad
