Employee Furniture and Janitorial Services (m/f/d)

The district-free city of Wilhelmshaven is looking for one/one Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

plots and buildings of the city of Wilhelmshaven (GGS).

It is a permanent employment in fulltime (39 hours per week). Payment is made according to category 5 of the public service collective agreement (TVöD). Your area of responsibility:

• furniture management furniture purchases according to the central furniture concept, updating the furniture concept, consulting the specialist areas and self-services with regard to office equipment and other furniture, implementation of tenders, management of the budget, costing and calculation of the necessary budget for the economic plan.
• Mobiliar's inventory definition of the requirements for inventory as the basis of planned re-creation, tendering of framework contracts, drafting of necessary forms and technical foundations.
• Call for tenders and coordination of major relocations.
• co-operation of master and cleaning services administration, procurement of service clothing; Holiday management of masters, household workers and cleaning staff; Application planning cleaning forces.
• Car park management and maintenance of the fleet, calculation of distance compensation.

Your requirement profile:

(m/w/d), 1. 3-year commercial training

• basic business knowledge
• Class B driving licence
• organizational capacity,
• Intensified computer skills in Word and Excel

We also expect team and cooperation capabilities and good communication skills.
