Care and personality development: by girls with different patterns of disorder in their individual development, incl. acquisition of reference services. Parent work: contact with parents, authorities and other bodies. Educational documentation: preparation of reports and educational plans as well as documentation of daily work in a multi-professional team. Team: Speaking in the team for shiftwork and readiness. Flexibility: Accompanying leisure and other activities.

Qualification: completed training as a state-approved educator or social pedagogue (w/m/d). A+ forces (LVR action catalogue): teachers:inside, nurses:inside, nurses for children:inside, family care:inside, cultural education:inside (including art, theatre and music education:inside), BA Educational Sciences, religious education:inside Remarkable: experience in stationary youth assistance, especially in dealing with disturbed and traumatized girls and young women. Valid passenger car license. Detection of existing masonry protection (titer detection) and an extended guidance certificate when hiring.
