The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate company of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. With your expertise, you are involved in the positioning of the BImA trade mark on the labour market and are involved in building and developing our personal marketing strategy. Thanks to you, our employer brand is operationally implemented and the presence of universities, trade fairs and social media is strengthened. Within the BImA you anchor the employer positioning in the organization. You involve external influences (labour shortage, social developments, labour market situation) in your reflections, keep an eye on these permanently and initiate necessary adjustments. Benefits and advances caused by Employer Brand make you visible through key figures and are therefore the stimulus for tailor-made personnel procurement instruments from personnel development and recruiting. The establishment of a new career page is accompanied by you as well as the further development of the social media presence on new channels incl. Monitoring. You develop an active-sourcing strategy for the BImA and develop new active-sourcing channels for identifying potential candidates/candidates for our vacancies. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

You have a completed university degree in economic, administrative or social sciences, economic psychology or a comparable qualification. You bring experiences in social media and project management. You can have several years of professional practice in the production of personnel. Ideally, you already have first experiences in building an employer brand. The spirit of innovation and the ability to consistently drive forward-looking changes are your strengths. You have fun working with the team and with external cooperation companies. You have a strong communication capability, persuasiveness and consulting competence. An independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as an organizational institution belong to your repertoire.
