Your duties Waiting, repairing, inspecting and modernizing heating ventilation and sanitary facilities Self-locating and eliminating errors Optimisation of systems Completion of maintenance protocols and processing and maintenance of reporting Contact for your customers and colleagues in the properties on site

Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning, central heating and ventilation engineers, gas and water installations Driving licence - class B necessary Experience in technical service business desirable Occasionally accepting readiness and emergency services
