For our locations in the East region, we are looking for a more experienced and narrow-minded personality, which as a regional HR Business Partner (m/w/d) raises staff work to the next level. Full HR: You take over the HR-side assignment for seven laundry facilities in the East region (Potsdam, Fürstenwalde, Zerbst, Riesa, Dresden, Geit­hain and Neustadt an der Orla) and are at the side of the teams as a trusting HR contact. They work closely with specialists and managers as well as the management – as a compiled consultant (m/w/d) in all personal questions. Strategic HR projects: They control and support strategic HR initiatives to further develop our organization and actively promote understanding. Recruiting with effect: Together with our talent-acquisition team, you agree to the entire recruitment process for professionals and managers – from the demand analysis to the conclusion of the contract. Labour law and works council work: They provide advice in the fields of personal, labour and business law and foster partnership and constructive cooperation with the works councils. Negotiations and agreements: They successfully carry out negotiations with works councils and actively participate in business associations – always in the sense of modern, future-oriented personnel work.

Qualification: Closed studies, e.g. in Business Administration/BWL, Law and Social Sciences with the focus on staff. Expertise: Multiannual experience in personnel work, ideally in an enterprise with several locations, e.g. from logistics, industrial or trade. Competence: findings in operational and strategic personnel work, in particular in labour law and cooperation with works councils.
