Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: parttime Place of work: Bühl as a work physician or Work physicians will ensure that our employees remain healthy at the Bühl plant. With advice, deed and empathy, make sure that all employees work safely and are provided as medically as possible. Their expertise is in demand in all matters relating to occupational health care, prevention and emergency care. You make the difference day by day: the health of 3,000 people in our work is in your hands. As part of the occupational health check-ups, you will ensure safe workplaces and assess possible sources of danger after ArbmedVV – from forklift to ergonomic office workstations. In case of emergency, keep a cool head and ensure quick initial care. You work closely with our medical service, consisting of six dedicated nurses. You advise our employees on service trips, for example for vaccinations - within the EU voluntarily and outside the EU. We also focus on you in occupational health management: Together with the health management colleagues, you create an environment in which healthy work is promoted, e.g. through training of employees and executives or new ranges of movement and relaxation. Health is our teamwork and heart concern: Our team is composed of two nurses, the nurses mentioned and a colleague from the health management team with student support. We cultivate an appreciation of each other: Many team members work part-time and so we also allow you a family-friendly working environment that suits your life. In addition, we regularly exchange with all Bosch doctors within Germany.

Education: completed medical studies as well as a further education as a specialist for occupational medicine experience and know-how: occupational medical, emergency medical knowledge; it is easy to use IT applications like MS Office Personality and the way of working: complex medical issues can be understood to all employees; You keep an overview in particular in emergency situations, are happy to work and constructively in a team that regularly exchanges and likes to discuss; enjoying your tasks High design space and strive for highest quality Working day: Depending on the workload and content, you can work day by day on a mobile basis, e.g. for concept creation in health management – for emergencies or medical advice, you are naturally asked at work on site Languages: very good German and good English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 88,000 for a 30h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the operational requirements).
