Responsibility for high quality in the handling of incoming customer orders disciplinary and professional leadership and further development of the 2 team leaders and the 20 employees (m/w/d) Close cooperation with two core customers to strengthen customer loyalty and, if necessary, to expand cooperation Budget and personnel planning, monitoring of the key figures of the area including active counter-control measures for deviations 5S, error reduction campaigns, increase in occupational safety or Minimisation of the accident rate

Logistics master and/or training as a specialist for warehouse logistics with comparable professional experience, alternatively a completed study with a focus on logistics or SCM Multiannual professional and leadership experience optimally in contract logistics, warehousing or trading/online trade Experience in handling key figures and a warehouse management system (ideal SAP) abilities in a very dynamic environment with changing requirements to act strategically but flexibly and successfully Structured, team-oriented and independent working style with a high self-motivation and communication capability German and ideally good English skills
