We are looking for you for the building law office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The Building Law Office, with its approximately 190 employees, performs the tasks of the Lower Building Law Authority, and another area of responsibility is the implementation of climate protection and energy laws. In the various departments, construction law matters are handled in a defined area of the Stuttgart city area or for a technically defined area of installations. You accept applications and building documents and examine the formal completeness Your tasks include the collection and documentation of the assessment bases The implementation and monitoring of procedures, including the participation of seniors, are also part of your tasks.
