Tax Compliance & Reporting Responsibility for the tax compliance of all German companies and ensuring the timely and correct delivery of corporate tax, sales tax and other statutory tax returns Compilation and review of tax balances, tax orders and deferred taxes under the annual accounts Ensuring full compliance with German tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements

Tax consulting & risk management Checking tax calculations, deductions and credits to minimise risks and optimise tax position Provision of expert advice on German tax topics, including agency tax, turnover tax and basic income tax (RETT) Support in audits, communication with tax authorities and coordination with external consultants

Conversion prices & Intercompany transactions Participation in the production and verification of settlement price documentation according to German requirements Coordination of intra-group transactions of German companies and ensuring the correct tax treatment

International taxes & Pillar Two Monitoring compliance with Pillar Two rules including documentation and notifications Support for country-by-country reporting processes Cooperation with the Group-Tax team in international tax issues, in particular in transactions with US companies

Cross-border cooperation Close cooperation with Finance, Accounting and Group Tax departments to ensure coordinated tax treatment and reporting Contact person and trusted advisor for internal stakeholders on tax implications in Germany

Completed studies in the field of taxes, finance, accounting, business management or a comparable subject area At least 5 years of experience in German corporate tax law, ideally in an international environment Funded knowledge in German corporate tax law, turnover tax law, corporate regulations and in the basic income tax (RETT) Experience in the creation of billing price documentation and the handling of intra-group transactions knowledge of Pillar Two and international tax reporting are advantageous Experience with SAP is desirable Very good knowledge of English is required; German knowledge is of great advantage Additional tax qualifications (e.g. preparation for tax advisor exams or certification) are advantageous
