With the help of state-of-the-art technology, you process telephone and written customer requests from the entire federal territory to our insurance products. With competence and helpfulness, you create the highest satisfaction with our customers and also with our sales partners such as the R+V External Service or the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken. You can recognize customer needs as quickly as accurately and find tailor-made solutions for every concern, for example in case of insurance contracts or in case of damage. Of course, you are going to be reliable and responsible at any time with the powers of attorney entrusted to you.

You have a commercial training and fun in customer care? Then you will bring the most important basic requirements. No insurance background? No problem! An intensive incorporation is our heart. We will make you fit within 3-4 months in all topics related to customer support. You have a good understanding and desire to learn new things. Your working style is structured and you see yourself as a real team player. Service orientation and customer enthusiasm are at your heart. Communication strength, fingertips and social competence are what distinguishes you.
