Management and implementation of challenging projects in the field of banking control and risk management with a focus on the implementation of regulatory requirements and the optimization of processes and IT systems Analysis and design of control and risk management processes and governance structures as well as identifying potential for improvement also with a view to efficient implementation of regulatory requirements Development and distribution of innovative services in cooperation with colleagues to expand the business and product portfolio as well as active acquisition of market management and project acquisition Discipline and professional leadership and development of consultants and project teams Creation and presentation of technical concepts, offers and policy templates Advising our customers for the areas of banking control and risk management or for the topics of operational risk, market risk incl. Complete study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable studies At least 5 years of practical experience in the risk controlling of a bank and/or in corresponding projects of a consultancy firm or audit firm Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements for bank management and risk management (CRR, CRD, CSRD, BCBS239, IRRBB, ICAAP/ILAAP, MaRisk, BAIT, DORA and/or requirements for ESG risk management) Proven successes in a position with sales responsibility and long-term customer relationships Extensive experience in managing and controlling (part-)projects Very good knowledge of project management methods and high IT affinity MS Office knowledge, especially good PowerPoint and very good Excel skills Good knowledge of German (ab B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
