Tasks

• The collection and processing of national and international broadcast data in the IT system is part of the task.
• The vehicles are processed by receiving and further processing the documents on the driver's switch.
• Freight papers and documents for national and international transport are created.
• Legally prescribed documents and documents are checked for their correctness.
• Loading is coordinated in coordination with the envelope bearing and the MRP.

Qualifications

• A completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant professional experience in the logistics industry is desirable.
• The use of standard software, such as MS-Office and MS-Excel, is familiar.
• Careful and reliable work distinguishes the working method.
• The teamwork gives you pleasure, and also in stressful situations the overview is preserved.
• The willingness to shift work (latest shift until 23 o'clock) is present.
• Knowledge in English, Russian and/or Polish languages is advantageous.
