They conduct, coordinate and support strategic organizational projects from diagnosis, target formulation and sustainable solution and outcome implementation. In addition, you will advise on the organisation of the structure and process, analyse the status quo and identify necessary organizational adjustments in the context of strategic changes. Advising the establishment of an agile network organization with the aim of efficiency as a result of an organic potential release is one of your tasks. They are planning, designing and controlling long-term and iterative organisational change processes with the involvement of employees to achieve the growth objectives, taking into account the strategic organizational development. With the support of systemic analysis methods, holistic organizational development, transformation and implementation and process consulting, you initiate and run strategic organizational projects.

A completed economic, technical, economic or social-psychological study and multiannual professional experience are the ideal precondition for this position. In the areas of project, process and change and transformation management, you are constantly expanding your method case. They have a high level of communication and moderation competence and apply the current project management methods safely. In addition to your affinity for methodological and systematic work as well as an independent, proactive way of work, coupled with a high degree of self-organization, you are convinced by your safe occurrence at management level.
