What can't be missing from a smartphone? Exactly, the microchip – the heart of any electronically controlled system. What would be a lithography optics without the electronics and software controlling them? There would be no chance to achieve the necessary imaging precision. Only the control electronics of a lithography optics combined with the associated sensors and actuators ensure that the optics elements are aligned with extreme accuracy up to several tens of thousands of times per second in the closed control loop – this allows the necessary precision in the exposure process. Our work in the product electronics and product software departments focuses on all areas of electronics development: analog and digital hardware development, real time and non-realtime software development, FPGA design and verification as well as electrical design. We cover all steps from requirements management, design, prototype construction, testing and industrialization. Supporting platform work with regard to requirements management and technical documentation

Uniformization of system architectures in the sense of a uniform concept

Development of a platform roadmap for future development of HW, FW, mechanics

Coordination of platform decisions HW, SW, mechanics

Development of platform processes, especially change management and configuration management

Generating overviews to track ongoing platform developments

degree in electronics, mechatronics, etc.

at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of electronics platform architecture

Experience in project management and coordination of technical teams

high enforcement capacity and high level of self-initiative and team work
