OUR TEAMS: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US Our PME-B team is responsible for the development of driver authorization and lighting systems, the associated components and their perfect interaction in a customer-friendly and environmentally friendly vehicle. The team building comfort systems and lighting currently consists of 12 employees and is part of the product management of Elektrik. In the team we develop and implement future-oriented, standardized and innovative solutions for the coming Omnibus generations. Our area of responsibility includes the creation of component specifications as well as the development and safeguarding of innovative, attractive and digitally connected hardware and software solutions, which we support until we are used in global production. An essential aspect of our work is the consideration of functional safety requirements according to ISO 26262. We ensure that all safety-critical functions meet the highest standards and are reliably operated throughout the entire life cycle. You take over the technical lead role in the development and maintenance of an effective and efficient implementation of functional safety (FuSi) They ensure uniform application of the FuSi standards for all lighting products in the team and at department level with product development responsibility They act as an independent, central and globally responsible body for reviews, audits and assessments to ensure project compliance with the functional safety of systems and components They ensure the fulfilment of the requirements for functional safety in development projects according to ISO 26262 through a holistic and global governance. You have a full range of technical studies in the Elek­tro­tech­nique and Me­cha­tronics field. They have profound knowledge in the field of functional safety according to ISO 26262. A certification according to IEC 61508 as well as experience in FuSa are advantageous You have several years of experience in functional safety, ideally as a development engineer, software developer or in a comparable position in OEM or Tier-1 suppliers They have comprehensive knowledge of development processes, in particular in the context of software development according to A-SPICE®, as well as practical experience with analytical tools such as Medini Analyze, DOORS, Doors-Next and IQ-FMEA They show a strong motivation to integrate new IT tools, macros and applications of artificial intelligence into daily workflows They have experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary and international project teams and are characterized by pronounced communicative skills They have a pronounced vehicle and system understanding, ideally from the OEM or Tier-1 supplier environment You control German (min.
