What you expect: Immerse yourself in the world of simulation and calculation! You will be part of a motivated team of around 12 experts in the area of component calculation, including designated gear and bearing specialists. With passion, team spirit and know-how, we analyze the stiffness, strength, service life and cooling of drive systems. To do this, we create models of drive systems using the most modern CAE software, always taking into account sophisticated multiphysical load scenarios. Our techniques are based on finite element methods (FEM), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), 1D simulation and analytical approaches. In addition, we develop our own tools and increasingly rely on artificial intelligence (AI) for efficient optimization and automation solutions. Based on our calculation results, close comparison with test results and competitive analysis are also key components for success.
