Team Leader Credit Service (m/f/d)

Management of the credit service and professional management of your team: You are responsible for the professional management of the credit service and, together with your team, ensure high-quality, efficient and risk-oriented processing of all tasks. Prioritize topics and cases, accompany employees on professional issues and ensure a sustainable achievement of goals within your responsibility. Responsibility for complex credit and collateral operations: You deal with challenging business incidents in the new and existing credit business, special financing and credit security. In addition, you develop solutions for complex individual cases and support the implementation of new technical, regulatory and strategic requirements. Quality, risk and process responsibility: You set technical standards, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and recognise risks and need for action at an early stage. In addition, you continuously develop processes, procedures and quality standards and thus make a significant contribution to the sustainability of credit services. Further development of employees, sector and change projects: You promote the professional development of your employees, actively promote the qualitative development of the credit service and take responsibility in projects and change projects. Banking skills and sound expertise in credit business: You have completed training to the bank merchant or to the banking businesswoman and ideally through a further qualification, for example as a banking business owner or a comparable bank-based training. Knowledge of the social and health economy is ideally rounded off your profile.
