Team Leader Technical Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

As a team leader*in, you are responsible for the planning, control and control of the technical building management of a real estate portfolio under economic and sustainable aspects. These include removal and rebuilding measures. You are responsible for the control and compliance of the traffic management obligation and operator responsibility for the real estate portfolio you are looking for. You negotiate the maintenance budgets with the respective owners and keep costs and cost-effectiveness in mind. With your experience, you will ensure the timely planning and implementation of construction measures – from commissioning to successful implementation. You design and conclude maintenance, architects and engineering contracts and create support contracts with our clients. You establish a uniform and coordinated reporting system and ensure transparent documentation. You take over the deployment and resource planning and ensure optimal utilization of your team. You participate in missions due to administrative orders and coordinate the resulting measures. You plan, advise, support and control our building and construction staff – in particular in the case of ongoing maintenance, conversion and expansion, cost planning and other technical services and consulting services.

You have successfully completed your studies in a corresponding field, preferably as TGA engineerin, civil engineerin, architect*in or comparable degree You provide several years of relevant professional experience in the operation and management of real estate You have a well-founded knowledge of maintenance, technical building management and the planning and implementation of construction and rebuilding measures, as well as good knowledge of procurement law The topics of operator responsibility, traffic safety obligations and relevant technical and legal requirements are familiar to you. You have already managed a team with success and joy and have the ability to inspire others to advance themes independently and in the team You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview of ongoing projects and measures Embossed communication skills, negotiation skills, sovereign occurrence and enforcement skills are among your strengths You are safe in handling MS Office applications, SAP skills are desirable You are inspiring for unique properties – just like us!
