CNC Machine Operator ! (m/f/d)

You have a passion for highest precision and want to help shape the mobility of the future with a global player? For our renowned customer, we are looking for dedicated CNC machine operators / programmers (m/w/d) at the Salzgitter site right away or by agreement.

In this position you will become an important part of the team in production and the start-up workshop. If dimensional accuracy is not a foreign word for you, you have control systems such as Siemens, Heidenhain or NUM safely under control and optimize your programs directly on the machine, an exciting working environment awaits you!

Precise component production: Responsibility for the entire machining process, from initial preparation to final quality control.

Machine operation & equipment: Self-employed refurbishment and operation of CNC machining centres

CNC programming: independent creation, adaptation and optimization of the programs directly on the machine.

Tool management: Competent selection, measurement and assembly of the required tools.

Process monitoring: Continuous control of production processes including direct corrections for dimensional deviations

Quality assurance: Checking the finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and surface quality using common measuring means.

Education: Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, precision mechanics, CNC technical or comparable

Experience: Ideally multi-year professional practice in CNC machining (focus milling)

Control & Programming: Funded knowledge in creating and adapting programs (Siemens 840D, Heidenhain TNC 430 / TNC 7, NUM)

Machining expertise: Good know-how in metal processing as well as safe, independent calculation of cutting data (advance, speeds)

Drawing Reading: Forceful understanding and implementation of technical drawings and lists

Soft Skills: Own-responsible, structured operation combined with reliability and high quality awareness

Surplus payment of up to EUR 29,12 per hour
