Operational event management & quality management: You take full responsibility for the smooth running of our events. From administrative preparation to implementation, make sure that HACCP requirements are adhered to, equipment and furniture are in top condition and all hygiene processes run perfectly. Estimated personnel planning: You can determine the personnel requirements for each event, set up efficient schedules and keep the time recording in mind – always in line with the legal and collective framework conditions. Logistics & inventory management: You control the entire logistics processes including Picking and system booking for furniture, service and kitchen equipment. You can also organize the accommodation for your team at regional events. Key figures & area optimization: You regularly analyze relevant key figures as well as planning values and guide targeted measures to optimize costs, increase efficiency and successfully set up the event area. Empathic team leadership & development: You guide and motivate your team, promote individual strengths through targeted training and ensure participation in all relevant compulsory training. Preparing & Trend Consciousness: You will ensure a structured event preparation in close exchange with shopping, food management and administration. Through constructive feedback to external service providers and the view of current event trends, you continuously develop our quality. Interface competency & Sparring: You act as a link between administration, gastronomy companies and department management. Through transparent coordination and close cooperation, you will ensure optimal processes and successful project implementation. Strategy & Innovation: You are developing our event portfolio strategically. In doing so, you will introduce new concepts and creative offers that will pick up guest wishes and set standards on the market. .
