Description • Self-operating and monitoring of edge glue machine in series and individual parts production • Set up, brushes and changeover depending on the material, edge material and workpiece • Selection and control of edge materials (ABS, melamine) • Monitoring of glue application quantity, temperature and feed speed • Fixing disorders in production sequence • Implementation of cleaning, maintenance and maintenance work on the machine • Documentation of production data and quality testing • Working preparation, CNC department and assembly • compliance with safety and quality standards

You should bring • practical experience on an edge glue machine • Experience in handling industrial wood processing machines • Technical understanding of machine settings and production processes • knowledge of the quality control of wood and furniture parts • Self-employed, structured and careful working • Teamability, reliability and sense of responsibility • Standby for shiftwork (if necessary)

Required knowledge • Complete training as a carpenter, wood mechanics, machine and plant leader or comparable qualification • Experience with machines from leading manufacturers (e.g. HOMAG, IMA, Biesse) • Basic knowledge of CNC-controlled production • Experience with linked systems
