Sales Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You define tailor-made technical solutions for our customers and actively contribute to optimizing their processes • You make sure that customer requirements are implemented technically completely and correctly • You support customers, integrators and partners in the optimal use of our products • You work closely with different areas on the customer side, such as engineering, maintenance, purchasing or quality • You are a central technical contact for sales, customers and partners • You combine application knowledge and technical expertise to develop sustainable solutions

Your tasks

• You support sales and partners in technical inquiries and projects • You develop custom solutions including technical design, costing and project planning • You create technical drawings, layouts and offer documents • You accompany sales support projects across the entire process • You agree with engineering, operation and other interfaces • You advise customers and partners on fluid handling applications and technologies • You support the development of products, applications and market approaches

Your profile

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification • You have at least 2 years of experience in technical sales or sales support, ideally in the field of products in need of explanation • You have profound knowledge of pumping, process or fluid technology • Ideally, you have experience in hygienic applications such as Food & Beverage or Personal Care • You can safely read and create technical drawings • You bring experience in technical design and calculation • You have a very good understanding of relevant markets and applications • You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing • You are customer-oriented and like to build long-term relationships • You work structured, independent and at the same time strong in the team
