Leadership of a team in electronics development focusing on PCB design in Germany and networking and coordination of international development activities in the field of PCB design Active participation of technical orientation through the development and standardization of development tools, design guidelines and component libraries Planning, prioritization and control of development activities and resources in the field, as well as ensuring compliance with quality, time and cost objectives Active cooperation in the development of PCBs from schematic and layout to documentation, taking into account EMC, cost and manufacturing requirements Monitoring market and technology trends and deriving improvements Close cooperation with development teams, purchasing, suppliers and EMS service providers

Complete study of electrical engineering or comparable technical qualification Experience in the field of PCB design as well as knowledge in analogue and digital circuit technology with system understanding in the development of electronic modules Experience in handling ECAD and PLM systems and interest in the introduction and development of development processes and methods First management experience or proven experience in the technical management of teams or projects High sense of responsibility, structured working and methodological and cross-disciplinary thinking Initiative, communication strength and team skills in good German and English skills
