They are responsible for the setup and implementation of the project-specific claim strategy. This includes mainly the following tasks: Setup and implementation of project-specific claim strategy Identification, documentation and preparation of complex contractual claims and counterclaims Deadline registration, assertion or Defence of the corresponding claims Analysis and assessment of claims and implementation risks Preparation and Leading Claim Negotiations Consultation of project management with regard to (strategic) decisions relevant to contract law or their risk assessment Leadership and development of existing tools, databases, claims management systems for best practice and lessons Learned Setup and implementation of internal training on Claim Management

You have completed a degree in law or economic law. In addition, we are important: a professional experience of at least five years, preferably in international plant engineering/project business structured, independent and careful operation combined with a high degree of reliability and liability entrepreneurial thinking combined with cost and risk awareness proactive attitude and hands-on mentality including cross-departmental thinking and action technical affinity and willingness to participate in relevant topics Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, Orgalime, VOB, MS Project and Primavera desirable Experience or certification in the field of mediation, conciliation, claim management Ready for business trips / temporary use on construction sites knowledge of German and English in word and writing are indispensable Teamability, commitment, enforcement and diplomatic negotiation skills
