You acquire and engage our brokers in the field of construction finance

Your tasks include: qualified and efficient handling of credit applications as well as identifying, evaluating and minimizing risks at engagement level Recording via intermediary platforms (e.g. PSD Monto) Communication with mediators Intermediate care Analysis and assessment of the customer's economic conditions Assessment of the burdens in the land register and the basic mortgage rights related to housing loans formal examination of applications for credit Value indication for terms/credit decision and provisional Creating lead-out based on value indication

You have bank training and have extensive building financing skills Team skills and communication skills social competence capacity-oriented working time division safe handling of computer systems and digital affinity
