Contract Manager (f/m/d) for successful medium-sized companies

In the position as Contract Manager (m/w/d), you are a central interface between sales within the company and important customers in Europe. You are responsible for the smooth management of the contract, from supply skalkulation, communication with customers and suppliers to the processing of complaints and are the first point of contact for European customers.

When searching, we address people with experience in the fields of customer service/customer service or alternatively to candidate:in the areas of contract management/sales delivery. Responsibility for smooth contract management with important customers Checking offers and recording in the system (Salesforce and SAP) Create calculations, offers and invoices for contract extensions, early terminations etc. Processing of complaints and damages Control and release of invoices and preparation and creation of customer accounts Communication with customers and suppliers as well as important interface to the sales team

Successfully completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in the commercial sector Experience in one of the areas of customer service, sales support or contract management combined with project management strength Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Team player with Hands-on Mentality and a view over the edge of the plate Engaged organizational talent with independent, careful working Excellent knowledge of German and fluent English in word and writing
