You control and monitor transport processes within our intermodal network and ensure a smooth running along the entire transport chain. Together with terminals, service providers and internal departments, you coordinate all relevant processes and ensure compliance with quality, performance and time requirements. As a central contact person, you keep an overview of ongoing transports and proactively respond to changes or disturbances. You communicate transparently and solution-oriented with our customers and inform them about the shipment status or necessary measures at an early stage. The coordination of loading and unloading processes as well as the organisation of replacement and recharging units are also part of your responsibility. In case of irregularities, you develop fast and pragmatic solutions together with internal and external partners to ensure transport quality. You care and manage transport-relevant data in our IT systems and ensure high data quality. By analyzing processes and key figures, you identify optimization potentials and actively introduce ideas for developing our processes. In close cooperation with the customer service you ensure a smooth flow of information and a structured transfer between the layers.

As a basis, you bring a completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained several years of experience in disposition, transport planning or operational logistics. A safe handling of transport and operating sequences as well as common IT systems, especially MS Office, is of course for you. Your work is characterized by analytical thinking, structure and a pronounced focus on solutions. In dealing with customers and service providers, you are convinced by communication strength and professionalism. Your flexibility is characterized by the willingness to work in a three-layer system. Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
