Leadership: You are responsible for online marketing, develop your team based on strength and create an environment where creativity, initiative and data-based decisions come together. Digital presence: develop online marketing strategies and manage their implementation in close cooperation with e-commerce, IT, global marketing and our national and international subsidiaries. Online marketing disciplines orchestrate: You control the holistic online marketing strategy – including social media, content management, e-mail marketing and SEM – and provide channel-wide performance. Making results visible: You analyse target achievement, ensure efficient reporting and manage data-based optimizations for our digital measures. Keep in mind innovation and competition: You observe market and competition activities, analyse trends and support the continuous development of our platforms. Budget and cooperation You control the project budget Online Marketing Medical and work cross-functionally on overarching topics such as thought leadership, branding or process optimization by AI.

Complete degree in marketing, communication, e-commerce or comparable qualifications Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in online marketing or e-commerce Ensuring a strong cutting position with the ability to inspire colleagues on issues and to cooperate cross-functionally Impressed communication skills, analytical and process thinking skills and practical and results-focused work Good knowledge of English (mind GER-Level B2) in word and writing
