Technician Work Preparation - CNC / Machining (m/f/d)

PT Dresden accompanies its customers with its own manufacturing and engineering expertise from the first idea and production evaluation via prototype production to series production. Modern CNC technologies, high manufacturing depth and consistent quality assurance form the basis for precise and economical solutions. You evaluate the technical feasibility of components from customer requests and are responsible for the costing of processes, machines and tools. You define the process sequence for our series production and program the associated CNC controls, especially for our lathes. You continuously analyze production data to identify potentials to increase efficiency and implement process improvements using QM methods such as FMEA. Creating in close cooperation with production and construction You manufacture drawings and understandable work instructions for colleagues on the machines. You set up new products and act as a technical contact: for our suppliers in the selection and introduction of new tools.

You have a completed training in the metal sector with further training to the technician or master (m/w/d) or a study in the field of manufacturing and/or Production technology. They're at least. 3 years of professional experience in work preparation or a comparable technological role in series production. You have well-founded knowledge in machining metal processing, CNC programming and turning machines. In quality management you are safe in handling methods such as FMEA and in reading technical drawings. Your working method is structured and independent, with your organizational talent and your communication strength convincing. You communicate fluently in German (C1) and ideally bring good English knowledge with (B1/B2).
