Care: You enter and advise stock and potential customers and are competent to help them to feel good at any time. Correspondence: You answer and manage clear and targeted customer communication and keep all information transparent. Monitoring: You monitor contracts with regard to quantity development and payment behaviour, recognize deviations early and initiate appropriate measures. Annual accounts: You are responsible for the annual accounts of customer contracts, including the requirement and administration of quantity confirmations and test files. Examination: You check the content of test reports and annual accounts for plausibility and completeness. Asset management: You implement receivables management, recognize payment defaults early and take appropriate steps to settle the receivables. Support for territorial and sector managers: You support the area and industry managers through precise data processing, reports and operational relief.

Training: You have a completed commercial training and ideally bring first professional experience in sales or service distribution. IT skills: You have secure IT skills, work safely with MS Office and are used in the handling of standard products from the business software sector. Talking: You can conduct secure and professional customer talks. Printing capacity: You bring good written and oral expressiveness. Working method: You work independently, reliably and focused. Personal competencies: You have a high sense of responsibility, a safe and friendly appearance. You have a good numerical understanding, check key figures and support comprehensible decisions. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
