Student Assistant (m/f/d)

Products, materials and services are purchased in the Purchasing and Procurement department. In addition, we are the place of supply, service and construction services that are advertised nationally or throughout Europe. In order to support and optimize these activities, we are looking for (determined for 12 months)

Your tasks

• Support for expanding our supplier management system (Simmeth)
• Creation of dashboards for KPIs incl. Integration into supplier management system
• Management of contracts in the Electronic Leitz folder (ELO) with respect to the sustainable handover to the departments as contract holders.
• Support in the circular economy, compilation of a load booklet, monitoring of system change (which software tools / methods we want to use in the future to be able to change from qualitative to quantitative reporting)
• Support in operational areas (order confirmations, requests, clarification talks with suppliers, etc.)

Your profile

• Study of Business Administration, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering
• Understanding economic relationships and a high number affinity
• knowledge in the field of procurement Logistics are desirable
• Secure knowledge in MS Office, also desirable are experiences in SAP or AVA software (e.g. RIB iTwo)
• Very good written and oral expressiveness. Basic knowledge of English is desirable
• Self-employment and safe occurrence, reliability, high accuracy in working, team skills and social competence
• willingness to work independently and take responsibility for a sub-area
