Team Leader Customer Management (m/f/d)

As a team management (m/w/d) customer management, you take the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a currently 7-member team at our location in Böblingen, consisting of software developers, quality managers and employees in customer management. You develop your team in a targeted manner, set priorities and ensure a smooth run in the daily business – with a clear focus on quality, service orientation and sustainable customer relationships. A central part of your role is the support of our existing customers: You keep the requirements in mind and ensure compliance with service levels. In escalations, you take control and find sustainable solutions. Your tasks in detail: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in Böblingen Own support of existing customers in the operating daily business Ensuring stable processes in the interaction of customer, service and IT as well as the translation of requirements into specific tasks Balance between operational control and strategic development of the area As an interface, you connect your team with sales, controlling and higher-level management The position must be fixed in full time (40 hours/week) for 2 years.
