We are the GWG group based in Stuttgart. As an apartment company of the R+V insurance group we provide approx. 13,000 residential and commercial units in Germany. Around 230 colleagues take care of our tenants at six locations. We pursue an ambitious CO2 climate map for our buildings and are ESG certified. Housing and sustainability are our passion!

• Customer Contact & Communication: As the first point of contact for our tenants, you are proactively addressing their concerns. In doing so, you are looking for a quick and solution-oriented processing to promote positive and constructive cooperation, both in the sense of our tenants and in the interest of the company.
• Technical building management: You coordinate cooperation with external service providers and craftsmen on site. You always keep an overview of all relevant tasks and ensure compliance with maintenance intervals and test requirements.
• Instance & Prevention:In the early days you will recognize maintenance needs and coordinate service providers to remedy damage. You will immediately implement measures to prevent danger.
• External plant care & waste management: You have a look at the care of the outdoor areas and green areas and ensure a clean and well-kept appearance. Change of title: In case of need, you can support our customer supporters (m/w/d) in the execution of tenant changes.

STR1

• Education & experience: You have completed technical or craft training and ideally experience in building management or a comparable qualification.
• Technical know-how & digital competence: Your technical understanding and ability to handle digital tools (e.g. iPad, laptop) make you fit for this position.
• Communication & customer orientation: A safe, friendly and binding appearance is what distinguishes you.
• Organizational & Self-employment: You work structured and solution-oriented. You also keep an overview in stressful situations.
• Team work & own initiative: High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and organizational talent make you an important part of the team.
• Guidance certificate: Class B driving license is also part of your profile.
