Responsibility for the smooth running of the entire restaurant business Ensuring and further developing our service and quality standards Leadership, motivation and further development of the service team Design of a valuable and professional working environment Personal care of our guests and ensuring a first-class service experience Professional handling of feedback, complaints and individual guest wishes Control of sales, goods and personnel use Creation and coordination of services Further development of the beverage and, in particular, the wine offering Care of supplier contacts and the establishment of regional wine partnerships Promoting open communication between guests, employees and departments

A well-founded training in gastronomy or hotel industry Multiannual professional practice in a responsible position within the upscale catering or hotel industry Experience in the management and development of teams and a secure sense of leadership for employees A convincing personality that gives orientation, takes responsibility and wins others for common goals Excellent host qualities and a high level of service, quality and guest experience Enthusiasm for wine and a strong interest in demanding gastronomy Safe handling of business topics and a strong awareness of costs, processes and economic relationships A binding and professional appearance as well as the ability to deal with different interlocutors Structured mode of operation, organizational talent and the willingness to prepare yourself An existing trainer appropriation according to AEVO is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English; additional language skills are welcome
