You coordinate the nature-protection compensation for new and remodeling projects of TransnetBW You control service providers, secure compensation areas and ecopoints and take over pre- and post-processing as well as documentation You are responsible for commissioning and contracting for different compensation measures You advise colleagues from other departments on issues relating to nature conservation and accompany the approval process of projects on compensation measures You are actively introducing your ideas and developing the Compensation theme

You have a completed scientific study or a degree in environmental or landscape planning – ideally combined with professional experience in the field of environment and nature conservation – or bring comparable completed vocational training and practice to the above-mentioned priorities with You have experience with the intervention control as well as scenic accompanying plans You have a well-founded knowledge of nature conservation and planning law and, at best, knowledge of measures and implementation planning You convince with safe occurrence, good oral and written expressability and ideally routine in dealing with authorities and service providers You have a high degree of self-initiative and team skills, work safely with MS Office and have first practice with geoinformation system (GIS)
