You are the first contact person for all employees of our customers around their IT workstation Your tasks include the (telephone or systemic) acceptance and qualification of customer requests You solve most of the customer's concerns with the Knowledge Database and your experience in initial contact You are responsible for forwarding and tracking tickets to the responsible second level, including the introduction of possible escalations We accompany you intensively in the first weeks of incorporation to give you the necessary security for independent work Optional: partial mobile work after the incorporation phase (presence in Münster) possible after consultation

Completed training as a specialist:in or comparable professional experience (min. 3 years) Experience in IT support – on site or by telephone & remote Experience in handling ticket and ACD systems A friendly and open personality to interact with different people every day You will find yourself in the majority of the following areas: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Products, Active Directory, Client Management Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN), Hardware-related Support Willingness to meet us, your future workplace and the customers to be cared for at a Schnuppertag in Münster German language skills in word and writing
