You will keep an overview of the construction site in all technical matters in order to assist our builders in the realization of your construction project. As a building manager:in the field service you are direct:in our customers and partner companies and coordinate our turnkey construction projects for the area South (Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria)!

Communication with our partner companies and tracking of orders and performance plans Participation in the creation of individual construction schedules for the projects They assess the access to the property, the crane stand site and the potential for danger (power line/Gerüst). Visit the construction site with corresponding subcontractors. In difficult cases, e.g. slopes, second row or the like, an additional construction site check belongs to your tasks They carry the transfers or acceptance of the basement/base plate, the raw building and the final acceptance taking into account the respective expansion stage (turnkey) of our construction projects. You agree on appointments with our subcontractors, check and document the agreed services and keep corresponding appointments and agreements. They recognize deviations between planning and execution, constantly monitor the current state of construction according to the schedule of construction times during the supervision of the construction projects and clarify in self-responsibility irregularities with our partner companies. You check and evaluate warranty cases and agree local appointments with independent third parties during construction visits. Pre- and follow-up of the projects using our “OpenExperience” project As a contact person for technical enquiries during the construction phase, you actively support our investors. Takeover of the function of the safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) at the construction site, with the possibility of continuous training Careful collection and documentation of all relevant building aspects to ensure comprehensive and comprehensible building documentation

With your independent and structured way of working, you will be happy to take responsibility for a smooth running on the construction site. To this end, you will bring technical and technical knowledge acquired in the course of a vocational training in the crafts sector, a further training to the technician (m/w/d) and/or master (m/w/d) and/or a study in the field of civil engineering. You perform your tasks reliably and quality-consciously. A proper design as well as economic thinking and action in the interest of the builders: within and of the company you have the highest priority. When coordinating your construction projects, you will always keep an overview of your work-intensive phases and organize your processes independently. They are able to react flexibly to local problems and bring the technical understanding to assess the situation. Daily consultations with customers: insiders, subcontractors or external service providers as well as experts guide you in a friendly, sovereign and solution-oriented manner. A valid license class B and readiness to travel complete your profile.
