WAS DICH ERWARTETIn this E4 leadership position, you are responsible for three equivalent, customer-critical topics that are crucial for service quality, trust and performance:

1. Quality Management Overall responsibility for quality standards and processes at the Global Parts Center Control of deviations, complaints, escalations and root-cause analyses Further development of QM governance, KPIs and reporting Close cooperation with customers, internal departments and service providers Two. Inventory Accuracy Responsibility for accuracy and transparency Governance about Cycle Counting, annual inventory, deviation analyses and Pick Denials deriving and controlling measures for sustainable stock stability Ensuring customer-relevant availability and reactivity
2. DRT – Theft Relevant Parts (Governance) Definition and control of governance for theft-relevant parts Development of prevention, control and escalation mechanisms Interface control for operations, security, IT and external partners Clear roles, standards and responsibilities – no operational execution Other responsibilities, leadership & cooperation Control of Facility and Environmental Management Themes Control of external service providers and compliance with relevant guidelines Discipline and professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team (approx. 13 RTD) Development of employees, clear expectation horizon, transparent communication Active interface work with operations, IT, controlling, security and management

DESHALB PASST YOU TO UNS Completed studies (e.g. logistics, economic engineering, BWL) or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in the logistic, industrial or after-sales environment Experience in quality management, inventory management or governance issues Strong analytical thinking, structured working and decision-making High customer orientation and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English Important: You are not sought as an operating problem solver:in but as a controlling, prioritizing leadership that dominates complexity and creates effect.
