Leadership and further development of the operational logistics team Application and support at the Klingenberg and Erlenbach sites Responsibility for personnel deployment and holiday planning Close cooperation and communication with internal interfaces (e.g. production, purchasing, shipping) Safe handling of our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) as well as mobile data acquisition systems (Scanner) Planning, monitoring and handling of goods receipts (including tank and ilo deliveries and sampling withdrawals) Ensuring proper and secure storage of goods Ensure the proper handling of hazardous substances Material delivery for production and shipping Organisation and implementation of the loading of trucks and sea containers compliance with all relevant regulations, in particular for cargo securing, hazardous goods, container loading and customs Support and ensure correct inventory implementation
Complete training, e.g. as a specialist in warehouse logistics, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of logistics / warehouse / shipping Experience in the leadership of teams and joy in the further development of employees Good knowledge of ERP systems in storage and shipping (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV) Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Valid forklift Basic knowledge of English is advantageous Willingness to work in the shift system (spring and late)
