You design, develop and conduct high-industrial training and support for teachers. develop existing high-global formats as required and adapt content, scope and implementation form to different target groups and teaching situations. advise and accompany teachers on teaching and examination, in particular on new digital and AI-based teaching and examination scenarios. support departments and central institutions in the introduction of innovative teaching and examination forms and promote their transfer and dissemination within the H-BRS. are a representative for the planning and implementation of internal and external workshops.

You have a completed academic degree programme of education or a specialist discipline. bring well-founded knowledge of university teaching as well as experience in consulting, moderation and workshop design for teachers. have experience in designing, testing and further developing digital or AI-assisted teaching and examination scenarios as well as transfer of proven approaches to offers and materials. have experience in planning, coordination and organisational implementation of internal and external workshop formats. communicate safely in word and writing, perform confidently and work structured as well as cooperatively in high school interface contexts.
