Your tasks

• Central management of financing and derivatives in the ITS financial system, including preparation of documents and guaranteeing payment requirements
• Examination and processing of interest-rate changes, account statements and bank notifications as well as monitoring and instruction of due capital services
• settlement and documentation of derivatives, including payment flows and audit/confirmation of commercial transactions (e.g. EMIR)
• Independent processing of KYC requests according to legal requirements
• Active communication with banks and group companies
• Continuous optimization and digitization of existing processes, with use in the team financing/immobilities or treasury/KYC depending on the qualification

Your profile

• Successfully completed training incl. Additional qualification (e.g. specialist) or dual economic studies
• Professional experience in the financial or banking sector desirable, ideally in the market succession
• Analytical skills as well as an independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in IT-related topics as well as good knowledge in MS Office or Google applications
• Knowledge of SAP-FI and ITS are beneficial
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
