They accompany and support the process from the creation of the job advertisement to the setting of new employees You are contact person (m/w/d) for the services in Recruiting questions You keep an overview of current tenders and support the services in the visibility of applications In the area of demanding vacancies, you gain experienced personalities using Active Sourcing They conceptualize recruiting campaigns, e.g. via social media They are actively involved in the further development of our personnel recovery strategies taking into account the respective personnel needs They use personal marketing instruments and provide qualitative advice on personnel selection Close cooperation with regular exchange with central personal marketing and recruiters from other regions

A completed study in the field of psychology, economic psychology or economics with a focus on personnel, or a comparable qualification As an alternative to a completed commercial vocational training with further training in staffing Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in the field of human resources recovery Application-proof knowledge in dealing with current MS-Office programs You are happy to work in a team and perform your tasks independently, structured and solution-oriented They are a dedicated, communicative personality and convince by a high level of readiness and enforcing ability Organised work as well as a readiness to provide services Experiences in graphic design of job advertisements complete your profile Identification with our values and objectives as a Catholic aid organization
