These are your tasks Project structuring: structuring complex real estate projects and building support measures in cooperation with the customer supporters:inside from the market area. Financing solutions: Accompanying and designing consortial financing. Risk analysis: Analysis and assessment of the opportunities and risks of complex real estate financing. Preparing the decision: preparation and voting of drafts for our decision-making bodies. Contract management: creation of credit and collateral contracts. Credit management: Accompanying credit commitments in the implementation and investment phase. Stock management: Monitoring of stock financing. We wish you Qualification: A completed study as a banking business economist:in / Sparkassenbetriebswirt:in or a comparable study Professional experience: multi-year, relevant experience with financing of complex real estate projects. Analysis: Impressed ability to penetrate complex relationships quickly and safely. Operation: Solution-oriented focus, high operational readiness, flexibility and loadability. Communication: Precise expression in word and writing, as well as the ability to clearly and understand complex relationships, to speak German at the native language level (C2). Teamability: We place great emphasis on cooperation and value-adding cooperation. You can expect from us An annual salary between 59,000 – 87,000 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group E11) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your qualification. 39 working hours per week and flexible working hours. The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation. 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December and special days for special occasions.
