As a central IT main contact person responsible for managing all topics in the field of IT and digital solutions in the respective projects in cooperation with Director Mobilisation and D&T of Food Affairs Support in designing and introducing the right solutions – this includes the technical solutions, but also the corresponding design of new operational processes for adequate use of the systems Creation of project/mobilisation plans in Pacer and setting timetables for the services to be provided and corresponding coordination of all parties involved Cooperation with technical development team to support the introduction and development of digital solutions Cooperation with operational teams to create potential extensions, work facilitation and efficiency Cooperation with the General Manager:in to support additional customer requests or new requests Training of employees on site to effectively prepare the team for implementation and efficiently use the systems Coaching the company and menu development teams to ensure that all displayed offers in the digital channels are convincing

Basic understanding of and affinity for digital solutions in gastronomy and their efficient use Proofable multi-year experience in project management and organizational talent Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide audience Very good presentation and training skills Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with different stakeholders and to support decision-making readiness to travel within Germany to provide support and guidance on site Operational experience in gastronomy would be beneficial German and English language skills
