Consultant (f|m|d) Operational Investment Management Abroad

Strategic Management Support You support the Head of Division – at the same time a member of the Executive Board of our foreign participations in Greece, Croatia, Italy and Spain – in management, monitoring and control tasks. To do this, prepare relevant information, numbers and data from all business areas in a structured manner and develop sound recommendations. In addition, you will create individual opinions, forum presentations and presentations for the Executive Board, management and other bodies. Financial control & performance analysis You contribute to budget and medium-term planning as well as annual financial statements, analyze plan-actual deviations and guide action recommendations. You can also create planning presentations and act as savings partners for local and central financial areas as well as the management. In addition, you are driving forward the further development and consolidation of reporting and further optimization initiatives. Governance & Compliance You ensure that our holdings comply with group-wide requirements and meet regulatory requirements and support the implementation of appropriate measures in close coordination with law, taxes, compliance, data protection and other specialist departments. Communication and Interface Management You serve as a central interface between the participating companies and the central departments – from purchasing to communication to IT and support in the implementation of cross-company projects.

Background You have a degree in Business Administration, Economic Law or a comparable degree course – alternatively you have a further education on Business Administration (IHK/BWV) with relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of finance or corporate management. Professional experience You have several years of professional experience in operational participation management or as a country consultant and are safe in business management topics. You are sure to use MS Office (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint) and SAP Analytics. What your profile is rounded off You think entrepreneurial, networked and take responsibility. A high number affinity, analytical and conceptual work and structured problem solving are among your strengths. Communication You have good English skills in word and writing, as well as pronounced communicative skills
